Nadja Krylov has worked as a management consultant, seminar leader and trainer in Russia and the Ukraine for the past 17 years. Her work in management development focuses on supporting managers in effectively and efficiently transitioning through stages of growth appropriate to realizing their company’s vision. To support these two to three-year transitions, she has specialized in identifying gaps in both knowledge and outlook in top management teams, deficits in the functional capabilities of production and operations managers due to insufficient grounding in strategic thinking or management, and obsolete thinking inherited from previous systems. Her clients have included medium and smaller-sized companies, as well as notable multinationals and large corporations including Dun and Bradstreet, British Petroleum, Radisson Hotels, Russian Aluminum, and Gazprom (through their company Gazpromegeokomservice).
Ms. Krylov has published approximately 150 articles and columns in Russian business-oriented publications. She was a weekly columnist during the life of “Kapital”, a Russian-language publication owned by the Moscow Times, and also wrote regularly for Delovye Lyudi (the Russian Fortune), Delovoy Peterburg (the premier business magazine of St. Petersburg) and a number of other publications. Her columns and articles are currently being edited into a Russian-language book.
In addition to an MBA (which included a field study of the concerns of Russian entrepreneurs), Nadja is a Six Sigma Black Belt, has earned a Certificate in Non-Profit Management and has trained as an executive coach.
Nadja is fluent in three languages (English, Russian and German) and speaks conversational French.
